    The West Virginia State Auditor's Office does not maintain the records needed to ascertain the financial impacts of proposed House Bill 2230. However, we have referred this information on the State Budget Office and the West Virginia State Tax Department who will believe will be in a better position to provide the Legislature with the likely impacts assuming adoption of the legislation.
