State Employees - as of 12/31/14 there were 41,636.68 FTE positions. Pay raise costs are calculated assuming 22.15% in employee benefits costs.

School Personnel - number of employees funded in the school aid formula - 20,333.91 professional educators, 869.08 student support personnel, 12,532.15 service personnel.
