Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The Department of Administration has no way of determining the fiscal impact as a result of this bill. From a quick review of the bill, I would recommend that a fiscal note request be sent to the Governor's Committee on Crime, Delinquency and Correction, DHHR's Bureau for Public Health and the WV State Police. They would be in a better position to determine the fiscal impact.
