Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This bill increases the salaries of those magistrates and their staffs whose salaries were reduced as a result of the 2010 census to precensus amounts. The bill also makes it retroactive.

Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The 2013 figure is for January, February, March and April ($13,377.86 per month) becuase of the retroactive stipulation in this legislation. The 2014 figure is the increased cost to the Judiciary for a full year.
