Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The estimated cost to the state under the Public School Support Program (PSSP) for the increase in salary increments for principals and assistant principals is $1,243,163. The estimated cost includes an increase in Steps 1, 3, and 6 of PSSP, as well as an increase in retirement.
