Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, is proposing to revise WV Code §22-5-19 due to standardized greenhouse gas reporting requirements promulgated by U.S. EPA. Revision of the Code will have a positive impact of $16,250 on the cost of state government in fiscal years 2012 and beyond.
