Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


If this program is transferred from the control of the Secretary of State's Office to another agency, the Secretary of State's Office would lose all revenue associated with teh program. Likewise, all costs associated with the program would be eliminated as well. The 0.5 FTE administering the program would be utilized elsewhere in the office. It can be assumed that the new administering agency would in turn generate revenues and have associated costs; however, the Seceretary of State's Office is unable to comment on those figures.
