Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This bill amends §31-15C-4 of the Code of West Virginia. This chapter does not pertain to the Public Service Commission’s (PSC) authority. It appears that this fiscal note should be directed to the Broadband Council. Since the PSC is not affected by this bill, we are not in a position to indicate whether or not SB110 would have a fiscal impact on the State.
