Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Workers compensation premiums are based on salary and Civil Air Patroll members are volunteer. We do not employ or compensate the Civil Air Patrol and are unable to provide any cost estimates. Also, we were informed by leadership of the Civil Air Patrol that they fall under the Department of Transportation, West Virginia Aeronautics Commission.
