Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This legislation will not have an impact on the general revenue of state government. Partipates in the piolot study will be responsible for the expenses incurred in the administration of the pilot study. Additionally, the West Virginia Board of Exmaminers for Registered Professional Nurses has agreed to support the project with $20,000 and will need increased spending authority for that amount.
