Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This bill increases the number of deputy magistrate court clerks the supreme court is authorized to employ from seventy-two to seventy-seven. This bill also designates that the additional five clerks be employed in Jefferson, Monongalia, Nicholas, Marion and Raleigh Counties.
