Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.


The legislation as proposed is expected only to produce revenue to defray the OAH operating costs by an estimated $173,750 in FY 2012. All personnel services and other expenses are already included in the budget for FY 2012. Therefore, the legislative proposal is not expected to increase total costs already included in the FY 2012 budget.

Memorandum


The OAH operating budget for FY 2012 is $1,949,853. The proposed filing fee and document/transcription fees would offset the agency costs. The imposition of the proposed fees are not expected to increase operating costs.
