Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this legislation is to make broadband projects eligible for funding through the WV Infrastructure Fund. Although the Development Office have staff that serve on the Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council this legislation has no impact on the cost of agency operations. The Infrastructure Council is seperate agency administered through through the WV Water Development Authority.
