Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The establishment of an Equal Employment Opportunity Office as recommended, will cause an increase in General Revenue Expenditures. No income or revenue source is created or identified by this bill, therefore an increase in General Revenue Appropriation to the Governor's Office would be necessary to establish and maintain the office and staff. Duties of the Office as described would necessitate a staff to include a Director, Admin. Secretary, 1 EEO Specialist I and 1 EEO Specialist II.
