Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
This bill will increase the amount of E911 receipts distributed annually to the "Enhanced E911 Tower Assistance Fund" from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. This fund is used to subsidize the construction of wireless towers through grants to the Counties of the state of West Virginia.
This bill does not increase or decrease the expenditures of Public Service Commission.
