Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The above figures are based on the assumption that this change will not be effective until 7/1/10 with the new fiscal year. The increase in current expense is based on the need for new letterhead, signage and business cards for all employees. Once these are done there should be no ongoing financial increase.
