Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
It is estimated that we will process approximately 140000 transactions which would include registrations, licenses, certificates, etc. The revenue will provide security for all applications, servers, computers, etc. in the Secretary of State's Office so information cannot be compromised. Also, this will allow us to provide more on-line services to the citizens of West Virginia making us competitive with surrounding states.
Costs to our office would be minimal.
