The West Virginia Economic Development Authority is no longer part of the Development Office. The WVEDA has been an independent agency since the passage of Senate Bill 1002 in 2005. I would suggest that this Fiscal Note request be sent directly to the Director of the WVEDA, Mr David Warner.
