Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

This measure adds December 7th, "Pearl Harbor Day", to the list of legal holidays. This would be a day for which State government employees would be paid without performing any services for the State. The earliest date this could be in effect, if passed, is in FY 2010, so there is no cost for FY 2009.
