Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Implementing this legislation would be a significant undertaking that would require substantial staff. The increased cost does not seem justified as virtually all current arrests for DUI related offenses are reflected on criminal history records and driving history records available through the Division of Motor Vehicles.
