Memorandum

The impact to the budget of the Court of Claims is based upon a statutory maximum of 100 days per fiscal year which would mean an increase of $5,000 per year for the presiding judge. The members of the Court serve an average of three days per month for the Crime Victims Fund (1731). The increase to that budget is estimated at $1,800.00 per year for the presiding judge.
