The bill creates the “Lottery Maintenance, Repair and Preservation of Statues on the Capitol Grounds Fund” to provide funds for the maintenance, repair and preservation of statues on the State Capitol grounds. Primary funding would come from the State Lottery Fund.

No amount is specified in the bill. Money would be appropriated from time to time to the new fund from the State Lottery Fund by the Legislature.
