This bill is a clarification for employer pick up contribution provisions. It additionally adds the Emergency Medical Services Retirement System as a CPRB administered system. Retirement benefits will not be impacted by the changes.

Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
There is no impact on the Normal Cost nor Actuarial Accrued Liabilities for any Plan covered under the Bill. Bill provides definition clarifications for employer pick up contributions and adds the Emergency Medical Services Retirement System to the systems being administered by CPRB.
