Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The Division of Corrections requires additional funding in FY 2009 in the amount of $6,266,113, for FY 2010 additional funding in the amount of $8,253,813, the same for FY 2011-2012, and FY 2013 and thereafter $10,317,963.
These figures only represent the Division of Corrections employees and the Regional Jail Authority should be asked this same information.
