The purpose of this bill is to modify the involuntary commitment pilot program by changing a date and adding another county. The Department anticipates no fiscal impact as a result of this legislation.

Memorandum


References to Department of Health and Human Resources throughout the bill should be changed to match current code. In relation to original passage of this code section, no counties identified elected to participate or were able to bring a pilot on line and thus the work halted with no costs incurred and subsequently no report being submitted.
