Memorandum


If enacted, House Bill 5379 would prohibit Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) or insurers from considering the amount of financial assistance or product assistance available when designing a plan. House Bill 5379 would have no fiscal impact on the WV Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
