Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. We will need to create new forms, have our IT department update our database to be able to support this type of filing, and train our Business Division. A total breakdown of these costs are below. This bill does not provide information regarding how much it will cost the customer for each filing submitted, therefore we are unable to say if this will generate income. With the current information available, it appears that this would create expenses for our office.

Memorandum

Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form. The Secretary of State's office will need to know how much to charge for each filing and what fund those fees will be assigned to in order to give a more accurate estimate on revenue.
