Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The Governor's Office of Technology (GOT) and the Information Services and Communications (IS&C) division of the Department of Administration already utilize the same office location. It is the Department of Administration's understanding that the funding for the Governor's Office of Technology will be reallocated to IS&C. Therefore, there should be no costs associated with the transfer and this bill would be revenue neutral as it relates to the merger of GOT and IS&C.
Memorandum
The Department of Administration does not have any information regarding the fiscal impact of other issues addressed in the bill as it relates to other agencies.
