Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue a special registration plate for West Virginia residents who are retired from any branch of the armed forces.
The plate is to carry the insignia of the branch of service from which the individual is retired.
The DMV already issues license plates to Retired Military as a result of previous legislation.
