Fiscal Note Summary

Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

The vast majority of the sections of HB 3449 pertaining to Chapter 21 of the W. Va. Code are already codified in the RECAP Act, W. Va. Code §21-17-1 et seq. Therefore, because the Division of Labor already issues occupational licenses and/or other authorizations to practice pursuant to the RECAP Act, HB 3449 would have minimal fiscal impact on the Division of Labor.
