SB3012 will have no fiscal impact on the Lottery or State Government costs and/or revenues. SB3012 simply alters the method of allocation of racetrack video lottery excess terminal income distributed by the Lottery to municipalities and counties. Under this proposed legislation, funds currently being distributed to New Cumberland and Chester will be reallocated and distributed to Hancock County.
