Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This bill adds Braxton County to the Southeastern Consortia Planning District and adds Braxton County High School as a participating institution. It further allows participating institutions to partner with community and technical colleges outside their district if certain requirements are met. We do not expect this bill to have a significant fiscal impact that would require additional state appropriations.
