There is a fiscal impact on the agency from year one and years after as this is a 3% increase to employees who have worked 3 consecutive years. This will require us to potentially request supplemental funding in the future to cover the ongoing cost of the %3 increase.

The cost of the bill is as follows
$1,937,665.17 ongoing expense in future years YEAR ONE implementation
$76,034.81 Ongoing expense in future years. Plus year one expense
These are variable amounts because we are unable to predict retirements, job separations ect.
