The bill seeks to allows unlicensed out of state brewers a temporary license to transact business in WV. This bill will have no impact on the costs and revenues of the state as W. Va. Code §11-16-11c (effective May 6. 2021) - "Unlicensed brewer or unlicensed homebrewer temporary license, fees; requirements" already exists to create a license for the same activity proposed in this bill. Please note the Fiscal Note Detail was left blank due to no fiscal impact.
