Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years. The creation of a domestic violence registry would require a minimum of the following: 5 Registry Analysts with benefits = $346,985 Approximately 5,000 Trooper overtime hours per year with Medicare = $250,541 $250,000 for the registry to be part of Computerized Criminal History (CCH), which is the system used to view criminal history records and update dispositions Annual Maintenance Costs $50,000 Contractual expenses of an estimated $125,000 would be incurred for workflow creation and Livescan work. $12,000 for office Supplies $25,000 for office Equipment

Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form. Office Space needs A revenue source would be needed to implement a domestic violence registry. The West Virginia Supreme Court currently interfaces to our message switch to send protection orders to NCIC. Any fiscal impact on their agency from this piece of legislation is unknown.
