There is no fiscal impact.
These documents are researched early upon the inmates incarceration. If we receive them they are given to the inmate prior to release. We have MOU with the Social Security Administration and Policies for applying with Vital statistics within WV. Out of State Birth Certificate requests, at times, are a more cumbersome process.
