Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
W. Va. Code 18C-10-1(c) of this legislation includes an appropriation of $10,000.000 for this program. The West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) reviewed the bill and determined that a $10,000,000 allocation is a close estimate of the approximated cost for this program.
