Please note, that the WVBE revised Policy 2322, West Virginia System of Support and Accountability. Specifically, Section 126-12-6, Subsection 6.1 includes a requirement that local county board meetings must be live-streamed, recorded, and posted to the county board's webpage within five business days of the meeting.
