Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Depending on where the funding comes from; hopefully new funding that would be provided would assist volunteer fire departments in the great service and work their doing in their communities with added expenses they've been incurring in their operations.

Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
With the unknown of where the funding would come from. At this time cannot determine the estimates or additional cost to the passing of this bill. I'll support the legislature in whatever actions that may need to occur based future legislative actions.
Memorandum
I cannot express the gratitude for the great work that has occurred and all future endeavors to support volunteer and part volunteer fire departments throughout the State in their service to their communities.
