Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Dependent upon the level of responsibility our limited law enforcement agency would be given it may have an increase level of demand encumbered by our sworn staff. It would be hard to determine the increase cost based on our current limited authority within the law enforcement community. All fire departments should not have additional cost encumbered based on the expectation that their work would commence as they are already on the scene with persons identified in this bill.

Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
It would be an increase in expenses for our agency based on the current circumstance of our limits to fire code enforcement and fire and explosion investigations. Fire Departments could see an increase in cost if they would be added to calls they current would not be responding to .
Memorandum
More defined clarity needs to be received for our agency to determine the significance of this bill.
