The purpose of this bill is to require the Commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles to allow the purchase of one trip special permits to be made and paid online.
The Division is unable to provide a response. The bill amends provisions of law that are exclusively fulfilled by the West Virginia State Police as a matter of practice.
