This bill requires DOH to develop a formula for allocating road funds among districts. Such a formula is currently in place and has been utilized since at least 2019. Jacob Bumgarner has presented to the Legislature on this matter on or about Feb 24, 2025. We note that this FN is being submitted on March 5, 2025.
