Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Department of Homeland Security to assist with border security in the state of Texas. The Cabinet Secretary will find these funds internally in the Office of the Secrretary, the Divisions under Homeland Security or combination of both.
