Memorandum
Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form.
DOH Maintenance Division is working with DOH Contract Administrative Division to advertise contracts for certain maintenance activities, (i.e. ditching, pot hole patching, pipe replacement, shoulder berming and stone stabilization.)
DOH believes it has the authority, and is currently exercising that authority, to provide the services required by this bill.
