Memorandum
If enacted, SB525 would not have a fiscal impact on the revenues or expenses of the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
The purpose of SB525 is to update the West Virginia Guaranty Association Act by clarifying the scope and construction of the act, adding and amending definitions of terms, clarifying powers and duties of association and for making technical corrections.
