Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The proposed legislation requires executive branch agencies to develop a market rate salary adjustment policy to permit localities within the State to adjust salaries. The State Treasurer's Office would be able to produce such a policy with the office's existing staff and without the need for any additional funds.
