Board estimates cost of paying to have a vendor design and print stickers would be approximately $2,000.
Memorandum
Bill would require the board to hire someone to design a decal and then pay for the costs of printing the decals. The board could charge a fee for the decals once rule changes are made. This would offset the costs.
