The purpose of this legislation is to establish an animal abuser registry. The State Police would be required maintain a central registry of animal abusers required to register.

This legislation would require the addition of two Registry Analysts with benefits @ $122,706
Contractual expenses of approximately $100,000 would be incurred for workflow creation and Livescan work.
Approximately $160,000 for the registry to be part of (CCH)Computerized Criminal History (the system used to view criminal history records and update dispositions.
$5,000.00 for Computers/docks/monitors/scanners
An estimated $20,000 for annual maintenance costs for system
