This will impact revenue coming in from the counties due to the extension of the per diem freeze, the $9.4 million supplemental to 0450 0608 13000 will be used to offset the actual cost of housing an inmate in West Virginia jails of $54.88 per day vs the $48.25 the Counties are currently paying and the increase in costs from the (Sentencing Date vs. Conviction Date legislation)
