The above estimate does not include Civilian support staff as they were not specifically addressed in this legislation. The note giving the purpose of the bill, however, suggests that all employees of the West Virginia State Police would possibly receive the increase. To include civilian staff would increase this fiscal note by $887,503, with $755,801 of that being General Revenue.
